About Us
Since 2005, an experienced team from business, academia, politics, and continuing education has developed a holistic management system that can be used to identify, define, and evaluate the values of a corporate culture. 20 criteria with practical tips and numerous benefits were assigned to each of the core values of Quality, Ethics, and Transparency (QET).
The initiator and co-founder of QET, Ralph Kuester, lives in Erlangen, a university city in Bavaria, Germany. After a lively school career and years of intensive involvement in youth and disability work, as well as various vacation jobs in every free moment, he studied architecture at what is now TH Nürnberg.
As an architect and project developer, he met entrepreneurs from and in various industries and cultures. In 2005, he decided with befriended entrepreneurs to develop a standard for behavior in economic life. After numerous experiences in the business world, including as an inventor and producer, it is clearer than ever:
No company today escapes the challenges of globalization and the shortage of skilled workers, not to mention critical environmental issues. Employers are forced to offer additional benefits such as greater flexibility to attract and retain qualified employees and partners.
However, in the long run, attractive working conditions alone are not enough. Motivation is, after all, a cause - not an effect. The different values of a company must be made visible to the public: effectively communicated and properly lived. But beware. Employees, business partners, and customers, in particular, will sooner or later sense whether values are just empty promises or are lived out of conviction.
If authenticity and truthfulness are right, QET becomes a success factor for a company and its employees.
In the video course, the QET-masterclass, to be completed in 2026, Ralph explains in 60 clear micro-courses of 4-5 minutes and associated worksheets what will still be important for generations to come.
